Sample #1: Thank you post

Use a post like this after a sport season to call out and thank the volunteers who helped your team. Post a photo of the team and volunteers and say:

Thank you to these amazing volunteers! We just finished our [SPORT] season for Special Olympics and it would have been possible with each of these people: [list your coaching staff or tag them in a photo]. They’re making a real impact in their community and we’re so lucky to have them on our team!

Sample #1: Get involved

Use a direct call to action in your social media posts. You’ll be surprised how many people might want to get involved but have never been asked. (Download the photo by clicking on the image, then right-clicking on the full-sized image and choosing save.)

The highlight of my week is practicing with my Special Olympics team. We’re creating a culture that celebrates the fact that we are all more alike than we are different. Want to join our team? Ask me about all the different ways you can get involved!
